Introduction
HR Advisor is the professional mentoring module service of HRDirector. It entails offering professional
opinion, advise, guidance and suggestion to HR Line Managers, Unit Heads and Chief HR Officers in
medium and large enterprises who are subsisting Clients of HRDirector at Premium or Enterprise level of
patronage.
In order to fulfill this strategic mission best of breed professionals within and outside Nigeria who are
giants in relevant disciplines of core HR practice, labour relations, law and trade unionists with tones of
pragmatic experience to share have been enlisted as volunteers within the Faculty of HR Advisor.
Terms & Conditions of Use
Service Information
– HR Advisor service is rendered free of charge to pre-qualified HR practitioners only
– Prequalification terms, standards and conditions are at the sole discretion of the service providers
and/or the Faculty, that is the promoters of HRDirector. And the promoters are not obligated to
explain reasons for the disqualification of any prospective applicant
– HR Advisor services are only extended to prequalified HR Line Manager, Unit Heads and Chief HR
Officers in medium and large enterprises
– The promoters of HR Advisor and/or its Faculty are under no obligation to render advisory services,
professional opinions, diagnoses on any case(s) or matter(s) referred to them by prequalified users of
the service
– The Promoters of HR Advisor and/or Faculty are volunteers offering their wealth of experience pro-
bono to prequalified users of the service
– The Faculty of HR Advisor are at liberty to review specific requests for advisory services and when
in their sole discretion the request bothers on consultancy services, they will advise the prequalified
service users accordingly. Members of the Faculty are not precluded from rendering consultancy
services at a proposed fee which will be mutually discussed and agreed between the Faculty and
service users.
Service Availability
– The Faculty of HR Advisor will endeavor to work on matters of specific requests from prequalified
service users within the best of their timeline.
– The Faculty of HR Advisor is not under any obligation to deliver advisory services at a certain date or
time in respect of any matter of specific requests from prequalified service users
– By applying for, registering, logging in and accepting to use the service of HR Advisor it directly
implies that the applicant has read and consented to the entire terms and conditions of use as stated in
the HR Advisor Help Centre platform and all future amendments in respect of same
– The promoters of HR Advisor and its Faculty are perpetually free to alter or update the terms and
conditions of use and for such alteration or update to take effect it is sufficient to publish same in the
Help Centre Platform. The Promoters of HR Advisor and/or its Faculty are not under any obligation
to contact prequalified service users about such alteration or updates.
– The Promoters of HR Advisor and/or its Faculty may at their discretion change, suspend or end any
service to any prequalified service users without any obligation for an explanation to the service user
Limitations of Liability and Indemnity
While acting in their role as Volunteer, Advisor or Mentor within the context of HR Advisor, the
applicants and prequalified users hereby agree as a pre-condition of using such service that the
Promoters of HR Advisor and/or its Faculty are perpetually indemnified in respect of any claims,
losses or damages which may be directly or indirectly sustained by applicants or prequalified service
user as a result of using the HR Advisor service. The Promoters and/or Faculty of HR Advisor are as
a precondition to the use of their services hereby indemnified and held harmless against any and all
claims, liabilities, losses, tries, damages, expenses and legal fees on an attorney which may be
sustained or incurred by reason of any act or omission of the Promoters and/or Faculty of HR Advisor
in consequence of using the service
