HR Advisor Faculty Profile-Compressed Synopsis

Sunday Yomi Adeyemi

Sunday is the immediate past Registrar/CEO of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. A thorough-bred and Certified Senior Human Resource professional with over 30 years of continuous practice spanning every area of HR.

Mr. Adeyemi’s successful career spans both the Public and Private sectors of the
Nigerian economy, starting with an appointment as Senior Administration Officer in the Nigerian Television Authority, Lagos in 1983. He later joined Nestle Foods Nigeria Plc as Labour and Staff Services Manager in 1990 from where he moved to Carnaud Metal Box Nigeria Plc (now NAMPAK) in 1993 first as HR Manager and later became HR Controller.

In 1998, Mr. Adeyemi joined Nigeria LNG Ltd as Head, Personnel with responsibility for HR services in
the field location in Bonny Island, Rivers State.

On this role, he played a leading role and major part of the start-up team in the plant. His services were later transferred to Lagos where
he assumed the role of Head, Employee Relations in the Corporate Head Office of NLNG, Lagos. He later joined the Nigerian Bottling
Company Plc (a franchise bottler for Coca-Cola) as Human Resources Director. Mr. Adeyemi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and he holds B. Sc. (Hons) Sociology and Masters Degree in Industrial
Sociology both from the University of Ibadan.

Mr. Adeyemi has attended several conferences; training/development seminars and function specific courses in reputable training Institutions – both locally and offshore – including Royal Institute of Public Administration, UK; College of Petroleum
Studies, UK; London Management Centre, UK; Management Centre, Europe, Belgium; Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland; Lagos Business School, Nigeria among
others.

Bode Newo

Since his appointment in 1984 Bode Newo has served in various capacities at the Centre for Management Development (CMD), some of which are: Head of Stores; Head of Payroll
Section; Budget Officer; Secretary to the Budget Committee; Principal Management Development Officer which involves design and delivery of training programmes; Deputy Director/Head, Quality Assurance; Deputy Director/Head, Curriculum Development; Director,
Research and Consultancy; Director, Learning and Development e.t.c

While in service, .he also served in various committees within and outside the Centre such as:
-Project Accountant, Ford Foundation funded assignment for eight Nigerian Universities
-Coordinator, DFID capacity building for SEEDs implementation for six SLGP States
-Secretary, Prof. Nur Alkali led implementation committee for the strategic repositioning of CMD
-Member, National Guideline for M&E
-Member, Validation Team for National Capital Project Environmental Impact Assessment
-Project Coordinator, Needs Assessment Survey for the Computation of States’ GDP etc.

He also coordinated several implant and scheduled programmes for CMD.

Bode is one of the Centre’s lead facilitators. His special areas include; Accounting & Finance, General Management, Human Resource Management, Corporate Repositioning, Strategic Management, Micro Finance, Quality Management, Curriculum Development, e.t.c.

He is a full member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, an Affiliate Member Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, an Accredited Management Trainer and a
Certified Micro finance Trainer (NDIC/CBN Certification). He is exposed to various training courses locally and internationally. He retired from the service of the Centre in March 2019, after a 35 years meritorious service.

Pat Enenmoh- Chartered MCIPD

Pat is an HR consultant with proven expertise in change management,
TUPE transfers, corporate transformation, spend management, labour
relations casework and continuous process improvement.


Her excellent pragmatism in project management, problem solving skill
set and team building are uniquely allied with strong commercial
awareness.


As an experienced investigator, Pat has conducted several multiple
investigations involving allegations of discrimination, bullying and
harassment and sensitive workplace disputes. She is familiar with both the
public and private sector landscape, and has profound practical knowledge
of the NGO service sector within Nigeria and United Kingdom in the past
three decades.

Babatunde Adesanya

An ICT Consultant, Supply Chain Expert, Chartered Accountant,
Management by Measurement Expert, Pragmatic HR Practitioner and
Professional Marketer. His working experience in the last 32 years spanning
multifaceted sectors of the Nigerian economy has equipped him with broad
but profound experience in strategic planning, operational control, change
management, H.R practice, business re-engineering, supply chain
management, information and communication technology and marketing.


Tunde’s robust practical experience, adaptable training and behavioural
competencies are key attributes in this new vision at E-Business & Virtual
Marketing Services Ltd. He is a qualified member (either as Fellow or
Associate) of the following professional associations:
